I think this songs calls for me to divide the "understanding" of it into a fair number of parts. The fair number that comes to mind is 3:
1 Dynamic accentuations:
The juxtaposition between the highly filtered squaresque lead material, and the vocalized rythmic thinking, is manifested thoroughly. However this holds little or no worth in terms of balanced acceptance surrounding a model where cost and expectation-discounted benefits are HIGHLY, not correlative. The cost of a dynamic approach roughly equals the alternative to let a JUNO-imitating bass sine wave ponder through a good 2 minutes.
2. Technical whereabouts:
If called upon to describe the piece by aid of imaginary maps, the position from where to initialize a measure of the dB would begin in the word "diatribe" and end with "cha'mone". Calling no particular names.. No one named, no one forgotten..
A peculiar detail that you don't seem to fully embrace in the structure of this song, is loosely based on how Israfel conveys the piece through variation, as opposed to contingent attatchment of images. You should try to take notice of this, in further projects.
The abbreviated factor:
Well, it's fairly clear that you didn't spend much time in this departement..
Aside from that I think I can hear some influences from both Rubin and Dury..
... kewl

I don't have any idea what this song is about, but I do like it.
And, uh, after listening to that vocal performance, Israfel,.....uh, we need to talk.

I picked this one based solely on the title. And I was not disappointed.
This shit's way to much fun. Just my flavor of wacky. Mmmmm...
I'll be coming back for more of this stuff.
